The Swemed Stem Cell Cutting Tool is developed for cutting embryonic stem cell colonies into pieces that could be reseeded and expanded into new colonies.

With the Stem Cell Cutting Tool it is possible to cut pieces down to 0,1 mm. The edge of the Stem Cell Cutting Tool consists of a sharpened glass surface which allows the user to cut from various angles.

The Stem Cell Cutting Tool is manufactured as a hollow pipette and therefore, can be used for the transfer of the cut pieces by attaching a silicone bulb, which is included with each Stem Cell Cutting Tool.
